Signature Pool Maintenance Plan: The Protector of Hurst Pools

Our joy is provide clear, blue, healthy and clean swimming pool water to the neighborhoods of Hurst. Under the Signature Plan you only need to maintain the proper water level, let the pool equipment run, and contact us of any problems. Hurst Local Pool Maintenance stands by our work. Pool owners on this Signature Plan are visited weekly (during Fall and Winter twice a month is optional) by an experienced and insured Hurst pool professional.

Starting at $149 per month


Our Duties

We empty your pool skimmer and pump baskets.
We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).
We clean your pool sweep wall screen.
We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae.
We verify your swimming pool cleaner function.
We vacuum your pool.
We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.
We net your pool.
We check your pool equipment.
We brush your pool (tiles, walls, steps).
We backwash your filter on regular basis.
We analyze your pool water and apply the proper minerals and chemicals to keep your water in ideal condition.

Your Duties

Maintain proper water level.
Report any sightings of swimming pool issues.
Keep the pool equipment working approving repairs when needed.

Notes

Required filter cleanings every season.
There could be extra startup charges for initial cleaning & treatment.
Monthly service fee is based on a four week billing cycle.

Importance of Filter Cleanings

Filter cleanings are required for most residential pools in Texas. This is because 96% of home swimming pools are either cartridge, DE, or a combination of both. We charge $139 for filter cleanings for those on a weekly plan.


Weekly Plan Route Areas

Our Signature Pool Maintenance Plan has weekly routes running through most 76053 and 76054 neighborhoods as well as many adjacent areas to Hurst.
